He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2001, a Commerce Graduate from Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration in the year 1999. He is also a Qualified Information System Auditor (ISA) from ICAI in May, 2011. His core skill lies in understanding client’s requirements and transforming them into satisfactory results.
Vikash Kabra is a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor from Intuit and hold certificates for the three most recent years viz. 2011, 2012, 2013. He specializes in providing QuickBooks Bookkeeping and Accounting Services for start-ups, small and medium sized businesses. He has extensive experience in construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, legal and small business setup and accounting.
He has 16 years of post qualification experience in the hardcore profession of Accountancy having expert knowledge in the same and has individually handled accounts of various clients on Retainer ship basis. He has in his credit experience in the field of Statutory Bank Audits, Taxation, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Asset Verification Audit, Receivable Audits, Collection and Revenue Audit of Banks, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, E.S.I, P.F, etc. He has rendered services relating to financial matters to Foreign Private Banks, Preparation of Credit Approvals, Financial Analysis of various clients on regular basis, Consulting the bank in providing loans etc. He specializes in preparation of Estimated/Projected Balance Sheets for Bank Loan Approvals.

Shradha Chandak is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since February, 2015. She is also a qualified CS and completed her graduation from Shri Shikshayatan College in the year 2010. She has entered into Partnership in the Firm on 01.04.2015.
She has 7 years of rich experience in the field of Statutory and Internal Audit, Accountancy, Service Tax, VAT, Income Tax, Company Law Matters, etc. She has also conducted Bank Branch Statutory Audit of Nationalized Bank for over 4 years. She has supervised Internal Audit of Manufacturing, Trading, FMCG, Hosiery and Logistics Companies. She has also conducted Statutory Audit of Public & Private Limited Companies, LLP’s, Partnership Firms, Proprietor Concerns, Trusts, AOP’s etc.
Shradha Chandak is a Certified Intuit QuickBooks Online Proadvisor. She is a trained user of Quick Books Software. She specializes in providing QuickBooks Accounting and Book keeping Services to clients.

Nisha Rastogi is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2002 and completed his Graduation from Calcutta University in the year 1999.
She has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium scale Limited Companies, Carrying out Bank Audits and providing services in the field of accounts, Income Tax & Company Law matters. She has conducted Broker Inspection of various NSE & BSE members. She has experience of over 9 years in the corporate field and a great expertise in the field of payroll processing. She has also been involved in critical appraisal of Internal control measures in areas like Inventory Management, Purchase, Sales, Debtors Management, Creditors Management, Statutory Compliance (i.e., TDS, E.S.I., etc.), Expense Analysis. She has conducted payroll processing of employees as well as taxation of 4500 employees.
